1. General Provisions

ShipNet.ge is a digital platform for courier business management that enables companies to manage couriers, merchants and orders in a unified system.

The platform is available only to legal entities, individual entrepreneurs and individuals who have reached the age of 18.

ShipNet.ge reserves the right to make changes to these terms at any time. Changes take effect 7 calendar days after publication.

2. Definitions
  • "Platform" – ShipNet.ge digital system used for courier business management;
  • "Service" – software (SaaS) provided by ShipNet.ge for courier business management;
  • "Third-party service" – any external service or application (including SMSoffice.ge) that can be integrated with the platform;
  • "User" – any legal entity, individual entrepreneur or person using the platform;
  • "Company" – a registered legal entity or individual entrepreneur using the platform to organize courier services;
  • "Administrator" – the company's main account with full access and management rights;
  • "Courier" – a user who performs delivery operations through the platform;
  • "Merchant" – a person or company that creates orders through the platform;
  • "Order" – a delivery or service request registered in the platform;
  • "Tariff" – the fee for using the Platform on a Pay-per-Order basis (price specified on the website per processed order), with no fixed subscription;
  • "User data" – any information uploaded, stored or processed in the platform by the user.
3. Registration and Account
  • A valid email, phone number and password of at least 8 characters are required for registration;
  • The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their account. Password sharing is prohibited;
  • Each company creates one administrator account responsible for other users added to the system;
  • Registration with false or incorrect data will result in account suspension.
4. Terms of Use

The following are prohibited:

  • Unauthorized disclosure or sale of personal data of other users, clients or third parties;
  • Attempting to penetrate, scan or disrupt the platform's technical systems;
  • Gaining unauthorized access to other companies' accounts;
  • Placing spam, fake orders or incorrect information in the system;
  • Reselling the platform or sublicensing without prior written consent of ShipNet.ge.

Additionally:

  • The company is fully and unconditionally responsible for the actions of all users added or invited by it;
  • ShipNet.ge is only a technical platform and does not participate in agreements, shipments or financial relations between users;
  • ShipNet.ge is not involved in the delivery process and is not responsible for parcel transportation, loss, damage or delay;
  • Financial data reflected in the platform is informational and ShipNet.ge is not responsible for financial operations or obligations between users;
  • ShipNet.ge is not responsible for messages exchanged between users through the platform.
5. Payments and Balance
  • ShipNet.ge operates on a balance system β€” the company tops up their balance in advance;
  • For each parcel picked up, the platform fee is automatically deducted from the balance;
  • Balance top-up is done via bank transfer or card payment;
  • After payment confirmation, the balance is automatically added;
  • If the balance reaches zero, the company will receive a notification requesting a top-up; the account is automatically suspended until the balance is restored;
  • Newly registered companies receive a free 15-day trial period.
  •  The user has the right to request a full refund of any unused balance
  • the request must be sent to info@shipnet.ge, and after confirmation the funds will be returned to the same card within 5–7 business days;
  • Funds already deducted from the balance for processed orders are non-refundable, as the service has already been rendered;
  • In case of a technical error resulting in an incorrect deduction, ShipNet.ge will investigate the case within 3 business days and refund the relevant amount in full to the same card.
6. Data Protection

ShipNet.ge processes data in accordance with Georgian personal data protection legislation.

  • Data is stored on servers located in the European Economic Area (EEA);
  • Personal data is not sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes;
  • Data uploaded by the user belongs to that user;
  • ShipNet.ge uses this data only to ensure platform functionality;
  • The user is responsible for the accuracy and legality of data entered.
7. Limitation of Liability
  • ShipNet.ge is responsible only for the technical functioning of the platform;
  • ShipNet.ge is not responsible for the actions of users;
  • ShipNet.ge's maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service during the last 3 months;
  • ShipNet.ge does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the platform;
  • Force majeure circumstances exclude liability.


8. Account Cancellation and Refund
  • The user may discontinue use of the platform at any time
  • due to the Pay-per-Order model, there is no fixed subscription and no separate notice period applies for termination;
  • Account cancellation can be requested via email to info@shipnet.ge or directly from the personal dashboard;
  • Upon account deletion, any unused balance is refunded in accordance with Section 5 of these Terms;
  • After account deletion, user data is retained for 30 calendar days for backup purposes, after which it is permanently deleted from the system;
  • To request a refund, send an email to info@shipnet.ge with the following information: company name, identification code, account email, requested amount, payment date, and reason for the refund.
9. Intellectual Property

The ShipNet.ge platform, including design, code, logo, text and functionality, is the intellectual property of the company. Copying, decompiling or reverse engineering of the platform code is strictly prohibited.

10. Dispute Resolution
  • Any dispute is resolved through negotiation;
  • If unresolved, the case is heard in accordance with Georgian legislation, in Tbilisi court.
